Craft over volume
We publish deliberately, edit hard, and would rather ship one piece worth keeping than ten worth scrolling past. That bar applies to code and design as much as prose.
Reader-first, always
No engagement bait, no dark patterns, no growth tricks that spend the reader's trust. If a tactic needs a euphemism, we don't use it.
Evidence and honesty
Claims carry sources, corrections are owned in public, and "we don't know" is an acceptable sentence. The same honesty applies inside the team.
Small and accountable
A small team means every person's judgment shows up in the product. We prize people who can hold quality and shipping in the same hand.
